It is our favorite day of the week: SuperSoulSunday!

Does anyone remember how special Sundays once were for the family unit?

For many people Sundays represented a plethora of thoughts/events: Church, Family dinner, meeting at grandparents, or service.

I think that is why I still love my Sundays, and I try to keep the Sabbath deep in my heart (full of meaning).

Have a great Sunday everyone however you choose to spend it.
