Good morning Community, Friends, and Family.
I hope your morning is full of high spirits and awakening.
Now, remember how May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Well, after conducting some nice research I find that there are available mental health screenings.
That is in different institutions ( depending on where you live), and you can even take a free screening online.
The specific one I want to share with you is by mentalhealthamerica.net. This specific website offers screenings on several mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, ptsd, etc.
Lately I have become a researcher in the field of loneliness and depression so I decided to take an online screening to test the possibility if any depression exists in my life.
I am going to share the results I found below.
Mental health is just as important as physical health, but we tend to be slow in receiving treatment when we know we are suffering in our minds and hearts.
I am the person that will tell you to care for your mental and psychological parts the same way you would care for yourself physically.
Go take this free screening to see if there could possibly be any concerns in your life relating to mental health. This is not a diagnosis but just as if you were receiving a physical examination at the doctor’s. Here is the link: https://screening.mentalhealthamerica.net/screening-tools?ref=MHALCOH
Also I am posting my results right below
